It takes about 40-45 minutes from the start until you have freshly baked buns.
- 110 gr margarine/butter (I use about 80-90 gr margarine/butter)
- 300 ml milk
- 50 gr yeast
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 550 gr Flour (You can easily mix in some 100% rye flour or corn mixes)
- Heat oven at 200 degrees C (hot air)
- Heat milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Melt the margarine in a microwave oven and mix into the milk/yeast mixture.
- Add salt, sugar and egg and mix it together with a mixer.
- Now add flour little by little, until the dough almost is not sticky anymore. (All of the flour does not need to be used.)
- Roll 18 balls and place on a baking tray and let is rise for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 12 minutes in the middle of the oven.
