Friend missing in SA ~ Sarel Strydom

I got some really bad news the other day - an old friend from school and "Voortrekkers" (Scouts) has gone missing in Pretoria, South Africa. Seeing his pictures after 20 years of no contact makes you realize just how fragile life really is. He still looks like the Sarel I know - just older. Missing Person - Sarel Strydom

In remember the first day I met Sarel on a camp in SA. The boys were swimming and as had hidden his clothes or swimsuit to everybody's amusement, which seemed to set a president for how things were to be from there on. I admit, we all teased him through the years, but he was such big a part of the Dolphin/Elephant group that it never was meant to be ill-taken. I sure hope he knows that.

I really hope he gets back home safely, and that he is alright wherever he is at the moment. I wish I could do more to help find him, but I he is in my mind and his family in my prayers.
